Senior Analyst/Project Manager

Role

We are seeking to expand our European research team and are looking for experienced CI and MI professionals with a strong background in delivering strategic research projects to senior level stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with experience at a senior analyst/project manager level who can make an immediate impact in a busy, dynamic and expanding research consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary intelligence gathering
• Secondary intelligence gathering
• Analysis
• Written deliverables
• Client presentations
• Assist Project Managers in the day-to-day guidance of other project team members
• Develop project briefings for members of research team
• Draft possible approaches, questionnaires and research-gathering techniques

Qualifications, Experience & Key Attributes

• Degree Level or above: Business & Management degrees desirable but not a prerequisite
• CI Experience: 2-3 years client or agency experience working on CI or MI projects
• Secondary intelligence gathering:the ability to find, absorb and condense information, quickly and efficiently
• Primary intelligence gathering:tenacity to find the right contacts to interview and to elicit the right intelligence from  them
• Organization skills:to manage own work load across multiple of projects at any one time and meet key client deliverables
• Analytical skills and intuition:to piece together the jigsaw and make the crucial connections that lead to insight
• Market knowledge:understanding of a specific industry sector in terms of the market and competitive environment desirable but not prerequisite
• Curiosity: inquisitive with a passion for intelligence gathering and unearthing the key pieces of data needed to meet a projects intelligence requirements
• Reporting writing skills: ability to write concise and thought provoking presentations and client reports
• Innovation:solution focused, ability to come up with alternative methodologies to solve difficult problems and project issues
• Tenacity and motivation:to maintain momentum and drive projects to conclusion
