What We Do

Competitive intelligence is a vital ingredient for the development of successful competitive strategies and for maintaining a competitive advantage.

While competitive intelligence sounds as though it could be illegal or unethical it is in fact neither. Indeed our key skill is our ability to gather intelligence from a diversity of sources and build an informative picture of the competitive landscape and the competitors active within it without resorting to any unethical approaches.

We define competitive intelligence as the “research process that provides management with intelligence on the products, activities, resources, capabilities and plans of one or more competitors that can be used to inform tactical and strategic decision making in all areas of the company’s operations – most notably marketing, R&D, human resources and the analysis of investment opportunities.”
